Top Plate – This item is used alongside the Top Clamp & Simple Rain Cap at the top of your chimney. It is a steel plate measuring 400mm x 400mm with circular opening in the centre for liner to pass through. The Top Clamp sits on top of the Top Plate and prevents the liner from falling through the opening. Both the Top Clamp & Top Plate are found at the top of the chimney stack and can be fitted either with or without a chimney pot. When fitting without a chimney pot you would use a Simple Rain Cap to cap off the end of the liner, when using a chimney pot you can use numerous different cowls, depending upon what requirements you have.
