Gas Cookers

A longstanding favourite of the traditional home chef, gas cookers combine powerful and responsive gas burners with the natural temperature gradient of gas ovens. It's this gradient - hotter at the top and cooling toward the bottom of the cavity - in addition to the moist heat generated that make gas cookers perfect for roasting meat and poultry and for baking cakes and desserts. LPG (bottled) gas cookers are available for homes without a mains gas supply.
