Technology Explained:

Patented catalytic technology 'scrubs' the burnt gas emissions so efficiently that the warm air leaving the stove is cleaner than the air it takes in. The process also neutralises household odours and other airborne particles such as dust mites creating a cleaner home environment.

Esse flueless stoves are recommended as a secondary heat source.

Esse stoves burn with optimum combustion efficiency and visual splendour, whilst keeping the glass door crystal clear. We achieve this by moving air round the stove in a precise and controlled way. If a flue or chimney is not properly prepared and maintained it may not provide the correct draught required and imapir the stoves performance. It is essential to burn wood that has been properly 'seasoned, in other words it has been left out to dry for at least six months. Never use chemically treated wood or artificially created products.
