Free Delivery Over £100…
As with all the big online fireplace retailers we offer free delivery on orders over £100 to any mainland England or Wales address. It doesnt matter the weight or size of the item, if your shopping basket value is over £100 then delivery will be free to you. The delivery method for Free Delivery Over £100 constitutes us selecting the cheapest means of getting said product to you. This however might not always be the most convenient or quickest method available to you, surchages are available for special next day, timed specfic or saturday deliveries - please contact a memeber of our sales team for more information on this.
Shipping Charges...
As we offer such a wide variety of products, with various weights dimensions and values we use a multitude of different couriers to delivery our goods to you. This means that we can offer a more accurate shipping to you rather than grouping larger areas together we 'zone' areas and price them accordingly. To keep our shipping charges as low as we can we only charge you what we are charged by the couriers, we do not make money on these charges. Due to being located in the south east of the England, we are hit by high delivery costs to Scotland and offshore islands. We will cover upto the same value that we would if it was being delivered to England or Wales mainland and we only ask for you to cover the difference. This is the same for all offshore islands including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Nothern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

As standard we can ship to the republic of Ireland at very competitive prices. Further to this we have shipped various Fireplace Products worldwide, including Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong & South Africa to name some of our recent destinations, we will quote on almost all items to any country so please contact a member of the sales team if you would like a shipping estimate.
