Dektite Roof Flashings

Available in two standard sizes to suit our ranges of Twinwall flues, simply cut the EDPM flashing to the correct pre-marked band to ensure a tight and water resistant joint. Use silicone to ensure it is a water tight joint. The flashing is known as a one part flashing and does not require a secondary storm collar to sit around the flue once it has passed through the flashing. The rigid base can be easily be moulded over contours in metal roofs. Fixing Kits are also available to suit this product.

The multi-application flashing with a highly durable EPDM cone and base, edged with a flexible aluminium band, flashes hot or cold flues and pipes on flat roofs. The square base fits any prepared hole on most roof profiles. The special EDPM formula in this range can withstand temperatures from -50°C to +115°C and up to 150°C Intermittently. All flashings in our range can be safely used with any chimney system that complies with BS4543 parts 2 & 3 and/or BS EN1856. Dektite Roof Flashings carry a 20year Warranty (subject to conditions). Under NO circumstances are EDPM flashings to be used with single wall chimney products serving solid fuel or wood burning stoves or fires.
