Sideros Desiree 860 Idro Wood Boiler Cooker

On this version of the Desiree 860 Wood cooker you can connect the cooker directly to the back of the cooker. In the lower right side of the cooker (oven side), a control with the relative knobs provided for adjusting the temperature and thereby the working of the cooker. A temperature regulator is installed on the Desiree 860 Idro for controlling the working of the hydraulic system circulation pump; it has a manual grate-lifter, and an adjustable baffle plate, which allows versatile use according to the requirements of your system and changes in the climatic season. The Desiree 860 Idro (Boiler) Wood cooker also features an adjustable grate and has a 24Litre output to water.

This range of wood cooking stoves from Sideros is characterised by its ample hearth and the large, thick hob which the centre is in burnished cast-iron. The handrail and handles are made of steel while the hearth, front, double door and the smoke circuit ring and all made of cast-iron. The pleasure of the burning flame inside a heart in solid cast iron, the tasty dishes that you can cook inside, the large cast iron plate supplied with a dedicated ring and the easy way to take the wood from the handy wood drawer.
