With a mixture of cast-iron, wood and steel construction the Managua charcoal barbecue combines all of these materials brilliantly. The Managua has a strong and durable cast-iron base, with its curved raised back that acts as both a windbreak and allows for adjustable cooking heights and a rotisserie function. The steel trolley has a wooden preparation board upfront and wheels at the back making it easy to move and position.
Established in 1924 in Doncherty in the French Champagne-Adrenne region, the Invicta foundry and enamel plants extend far beyond the reaches of just wood burning stoves, offering fireplaces, barbecues, culinary pottery, furniture and decoration. Everything from development, engineering and manufacturing is done in-house giving Invicta 100% control, from design inception to product creation.
